leads to a better next try.
This morning's battle was feeding Fancy
the way she wanted -- tiny pieces
all lined up for perfect pecking.
But Fancy is a strategist, too,
darting in, gobbling up, darting away.
The sign of a great strategist?
Knowing when trial and error works,
and when you just can't win.
But when she can't beat 'em?
She's very happy to join 'em.

Now let's hope she keeps that attitude. (I think!)
She is a smart girl :)
cute, bless her,
she is promising.
She and Fancy are so damn adorable.
Awww! Bella is so "fancy" herself! A total beauty!
Ha! Love it! So adorable. And so fun.
Also - love that name Fancy for a chicken. :)
AGH, I SO want to squish her!
What a perfect match. And that Bella. She is so cute.
Woah! Brave and Adorable! I don't think I could hang out with a chicken like that!
tiny pieces? perfect pecking? love it!
I am loving her summery hair!
They are supercute together, those two. :)
Summer hair is even better with summer bedhead!
Fancy *is* the perfect name for a chicken. Though, we had friends get 4 chicks and name them after Designing Women. I thought that was great.
And Bella is totally squishable (though Fancy's not so bad herself).
Thanks y'all!
Your kid and my kid must now of each other!
@Keia - uh oh, two creepy ass strategists could spell trouble.
